Content Freedom Club – Payment & Service Terms
Scope of Quarterly Service
Each Content Freedom Club (“CFC”) quarter includes:
• Strategic planning session (up to 60 min)
• One on-site photo/video shoot (up to 3 hrs)
• Creation of 60 custom social-media posts (captions + visuals)
• Scheduling of all 60 posts to the client’s designated platform(s)
• End-of-quarter performance recap

Fees & Payment Schedule
Option A – Quarterly Pay: US $3,600 due in full upon signing.
Option B – Monthly Pay: US $1,300 per month for three (3) consecutive months; first installment due upon signing, remaining installments auto-billed every 30 days. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Non-Refundable Payments
All CFC fees are non-refundable except as provided by the Freedom-First Guarantee (Section 4). Failure to complete questionnaires, attend scheduled calls, or supply required assets does not relieve Client of payment obligations.

Freedom-First Guarantee
If Client demonstrates no measurable increase in qualified inquiries by Day 90, Client may request a refund of twenty-five percent (25 %) of the quarter’s fee within ten (10) calendar days of quarter end. All deliverables remain Client property.

Shoot Scheduling & Rescheduling
• Shoots are booked at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• Client may reschedule once per quarter with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ written notice.
• Additional or late reschedule requests incur a US $250 fee and are subject to team availability.

Quarterly Renewal & Cancellation
Service renews automatically each quarter unless either party provides written notice at least fifteen (15) days before the next shoot date. If Client elects monthly payments, all three installments for the active quarter remain due upon early cancellation.

Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, Client receives perpetual, worldwide, commercial rights to all photos, videos, and captions delivered under CFC. Liberty Type retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability
Liberty Type’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by Client for the quarter in which a claim arises.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acceptance
Payment of the initial fee or installment constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
